Quality Control Before Your Goods Leave China

A quality problem discovered in Tema or Lomé is expensive to resolve. Every order passes four checkpoints:

1. Sample confirmation — production follows a sample you have approved.
2. Pre-shipment inspection — finish, tine alignment, plating adhesion and packaging are checked before the goods leave the factory.
3. Third-party testing — independent laboratory testing can be arranged on request where your market or your customer requires a report.
4. Factory audit — you or your agent are welcome to visit, or to inspect live over video call.
