Piece lengths and weights are as measured on the production sample; a tolerance of about 0.3 cm and 2 g is normal from piece to piece. Please refer to the actual product.
The Pattern
The motif is a symmetric arabesque medallion at the handle end with a smaller scroll above the neck, etched into both faces of the handle so the piece reads the same from either side of a table setting. On the spoon and the teaspoon the same engraving is carried into the back of the bowl — that is the part most factories skip, because the bowl has to be polished twice around a pattern that sits inside the curve.
It is an engraved surface, not a printed or laser-filmed one. Nothing lifts, so the pattern does not wear off in a dishwasher, and the silver, gold and rose gold options are polished after the pattern is cut, which is why the ground between the scrolls is as bright as the plain part of the handle.
Finish Options
Five finishes are produced from the same tooling, so a mixed order does not need a separate run. Other colour finishes can be quoted on request.
